Representative trials, each party’s responsibilities and commissioning conditions must be agreed together. A software change alone does not constitute safety validation of the installation.

Can you work with an existing installation?
An assessment establishes what is possible. Available documentation, access rights and the ability to run tests are important factors.
Is compatibility with our equipment guaranteed?
It must be checked for the relevant models, versions and communication modes. Support for a protocol alone does not guarantee the whole integration.
What should we prepare for a first discussion?
Describe the equipment and software, the information to exchange, operating constraints and testing opportunities. Do not email access credentials.
